spuffyduds is a 48-year-old mom who works in two libraries and is finishing up her masters' degree in library science. She's married to a lovely guy (referred to herein as washa_way), and has two sons (Thing One and Thing Two) in college and a sleepy old hound dog who's mostly on the couch. She lifts weights, bikes, and is starting to run short distances very slowly. Her overall physical goals are to move enough and eat well enough to benefit her cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
